"I wanted to get the
Titan for a few years now, but after talking to your tech I
decided to go with the
Wrangler.
Let me tell you I am
so pleased with it. I enjoy hunting and fishing and have used my
trailblazer in the past it got me in the woods on a good trail.
I have run this wrangler in the same woods and thank you for the
7" ground clearance I go almost any where. IT was great in snow
and ice hills no problem. I go up the hill on the end of my
street like it wasn't there.
The ride is a
comfort, handling is a breeze . That free cover is a real
surprise it is a real heavy duty well made product. Honestly I
expected a cheap plastic cover being it was free again it was a
pleasant surprise.

pallet and took the pallet and strapping with him. His name was

The installation in my Kia van was completed in about 1 hour with no problems.

was delivered about 8:30 am on the 27th. R+L Carriers did a good job and were
very polite. They unloaded and moved the unit into my garage.

"I just wanted
to let you know how GREAT the large scooter was for me while I
was on vacation. I went to
Catalina Island and it was the
perfect answer. I was able to board the small ferry with no
trouble. I was able to ‘walk’ with each of my four grandchildren
all over the island. I was able to ‘walk’ with my own daughter
and my significant other. No longer was I having to stay cooped
up at the house while everyone else got to go out and see the
world. I had a lot of comments about how great my scooter
looked. So many people come up to me when I am out and ask about
it. I am a very extraverted person you see. But now I can do so
much more with my life. YOU have changed my life and I thank
you, from the bottom of my heart.
I was able to
use the small scooter when I went to an all day event, locally.
I did not want to hassle with the larger one, it was perfect. I
was able to go over grass and pebbles and had the freedom to
race to the bathroom when I needed. Again, life changing
events.. and best of all I had my own comfortable seat and did
not have to sit on the concrete benches.
There is one
thing I need.. I need to order a new headlight for my large
scooter and a new bracket. If it comes with the wire pigtail
attached that would be great. Can you get one for me? Please let
me know the price and I can send you the money, if it is in my
budget.
The second
thing I wanted to ask you, is if you ever loan out manual
wheelchairs. I have a friend that needs one for three months and
she has no insurance. Just thought I would ask, not even sure if
you carry them.
Ps- I have
received the mermaid figure head and will be decorating my large
scooter as “The Titan: a ship that I will bring to ren faire
when I dress as a pirate. I think it will be awesome. I will
have a treasure chest on the back and hand out pirate booty to
the kids. I thought that this scooter would make me feel more
like a cripple, more disabled, but it has made not just like
able bodied. But BETTER I can outrun the fastest
and strongest runners…. Ha ha ha.

Dear Shari,
Isn't it interesting in today's
society most people don't take the time to stop, listen and
offer advice or help to those who need it? When we found the
Easy Mobility Co in an advertisement brought to my office, I
thought... Great It's open on Saturdays. Most of these scooter
stores are only open Monday thru Friday with limited hours. This
is not good or helpful for those of us who work during the week.
I explained to you my situation with Ben and couldn't wait to
get him into the store to "test drive" one of your scooters.
When we came in you started with us
with no pressure, but only patience and understanding. You made
sure that the number one thing was comfort, thus making sure
that the right "fit" would fill his needs. Of course, we didn't
buy a scooter immediately; in fact it took us almost a month
till we choose one. No fast decisions! You also took the time to
suggest some other helpful avenues in our quest for helping him
get around better. Everything is so vital and works together, in
which it helps me out because I am the one doing most of the
lifting and carrying. But all and all it is most important to
Ben since he is the one that needs to be comfortable.
Since coming into the store several months ago, we walked in
with the idea of purchasing a scooter, but something more
happened, we developed a friendship. Such ease when we walk in
as if we have known each other for years. Some people come and
go in your lives, but others touch it in ways that words can not
express. You have been so kind and generous to us and you know
what I mean.
With our upcoming cruise and much needed vacation after the year

scooter Memorial weekend and was able to use it around town. My
daughter and I have been able to, for the first time in many
years ‘walk’ . We ‘walked’ to the mall (three miles round trip),
walked to the park, the store, everywhere!
I love that I
don’t have to get in my car and feel like I am always in a box.
I love the feeling of the fresh air through my hair. The scooter
is FAST FAST FAST. My daughter can barely keep up with me
sometimes.
One other way
this scooter has made a huge difference is in my volunteer work.
I have been participating in historical re-enactment and have
had to sit on the sidelines at events because I was unable to
maneuver on the hilly grounds that most are held on. I was able
to bring the scooter to our last event which was held at
Lake Casitas. Very hilly
ground. I was able to go everywhere! I was able to go up and
down the steepest hills, down to the pier, down toe the lake on
the boat ramp. I was able to coordinate the 1000 volunteers for
meeting and greeting and for the first time was not exhausted
after the weekend...
...Well, I just
wanted to let you know that I cried from joy after the last
Renaissance faire, because I felt whole again. I did not have to
bring my own ‘port a potty’ as I could make it to the restroom
at night all on my own (the headlight was great)!
I found that by
disconnecting the running lights, the battery lasted three days
long over the weekend!"

"First trip over 600 miles without a
"hitch".

are the best Versa Haul
Dealer, my wife Harriet and I agree you are great! Bringing
us sodas while we did the install in the parking lot at your
store in Pembroke Pines goes way beyond just a vendor.
You knew everything about your product and helped me select
just the right one for the job. Loading and unloading is a
one man job even for my 330 pound scooter. How do they make
it so it doesn't rock? Incredible! Not like the others we
looked at, not flimsy at all.
The motor home pulls so much better than with my old
trailer. I got better gas mileage without the trailer. You
know what that mean$ today.
You were right again, I did have it on backwards but it
still worked fine. I turned it around in about 10 minutes.
Now that I've got some experience I bet I could install one
properly in about 15 minutes.
Today, I used my Versa Haul to get repairs done on my motor
home air conditioning. I didn't have to wait all day at the
repair shop, I slide my bike off and did my errands until
the repair shop called. I paid my bill, mounted my bike on
the motor home and was on the road again. I'm thinking I
ought to just keep it on there and save the storage space in
my shed. "

because I can scoot faster than I can walk, so they get some
good exercise. And the Scooter came in handy with the "Fun Day"
hosted by the Sun Sentinel at Bank Atlantic. My husband and I
went yesterday and took turns using the scooter.. It was great!
Now we can do more things with our granddaughter. Although I
don't use it all the time, the scooter is giving me just what I

Hurricane
Hi Shari,
"Thank you for your reply. Alex went off to school elated to know it
is in the country and knowing that you understood how important it
is to him! Perhaps this is more than you wanted to know, but Alex
is the Ohio representative for the Children's Miracle Network
Champions Across America program for 2005.
If you go to
www.cmn.org and find the section
called "children helped by our hospitals" there is a place to click
that says "read another story". If you click there, you can choose
Ohio to find Alex's story. He has a very rare disease - about 200
people in the U.S. While he is able to walk and run...he is very
limited in activity because he tires easily and has balance/gait
issues that are a result of his disease.
When the kids go down the street to
call for playmates, he either has to be pushed in his wheelchair, be
left behind, or walk down the street but then be too tired to play.
When we were discussing whether or not to purchase this for Alex, my
husband was concerned that this might make him do less walking and
become too dependant on something like a wheelchair and not do what
he needs to do to keep the strength he has. Alex explained to him
that it will give him the chance to - in his words- "jump on
something and ride" or "go over to a neighborhood friend's house on
his own" like every 13 year old wants to do! It was at that moment
that my husband truly understood that it won't limit him more, but
open up his world!

dependant on me for transportation. With my job requiring me to be
away on occasional travel and her heart condition limiting her

and canopy a few days later. After installing the canopy, I told
