Shipping Policy

  • Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders within the Continental United States
  • Most packages are shipped via a motor freight company to the 48 contiguous states.
  • Additional freight charges may be incurred if customer delays delivery.
  • Continental US shipping only. Some equipment can be delivered to Canada for an additional freight charge.
  • We ship small items with UPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx Ground.
  • Most Orders will be drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer warehouse to your home doorstep.
  • Estimated time of delivery is 3 to 10 business days.
  • Customer will be notified of any shipping delays or backorders.

Delivery Service Options

  • This is our standard freight delivery service for mobility scooters and lift chairs unless identified otherwise. The Freight company will deliver your order to your shipping address front door. This is the best solution for fast mobility scooters, wheelchairs and other lighter mobility products or an economical solution for those who have assistance in unpacking and setting up your product.
  • This service includes delivery inside your first threshold: garage or front door. It is available on most mobility products for a small additional Charge. Customers are responsible to un-box the order. Inside Delivery is available for mobility scooters, power wheelchairs and lift chairs !
  • Freight carrier, chosen by the manufacturer, will deliver the product with Inside Delivery, described above. The manufacturer will provide you with the contact information for an in home set up technician. Once your product has been delivered, you may contact the technician and arrange to have them come to you to un-box your chair, setup and test your unit.  If a Lift Chair, they will position it in the room of your choice.
  • Includes setup, in your home, by the delivery personnel . With this service, your product is configured, tested and working before they leave.  NOTE: Please do not sign the delivery paperwork if the product is not functioning properly. 

Cancellation Policy
