Easy Mobility Return Policy

Procedure

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:

  • Returns must be approved by Easy Mobility and must be labeled and shipped to the address specified by Easy Mobility.
  • Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
  • Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers' discretion.
  • Product must be returned no more than 10 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued

Prior Authorization

Easy Mobility does not accept any return without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please call 1-877-229-3205 for a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the all shipping fees, including those to the customer and returning to our warehouse. White Glove and any other labor service fees are not refundable.  Customer is responsible for all packaging of products and packaging materials necessary.

Customer will be charged a 15% re-stocking Fee for their returned products.  Any damages and missing accessories will be be deducted based on their retail value. 

All credits will be processed within 2 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Provided all the return policy conditions above are met. (Processing may be slightly extended during the holiday season). 

Custom built, Special Orders, Bath & Safety items, or any other product marked "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

The following policy applies to all Special Order and Builder chairs which would include any chair with Heat and Massage added.

  • No fee if cancelled within 24 hours
  • $50 fee if cancelled withing 48 hours
  • 25% fee after 48 hours
  • No returns on day of, or after, shipping
