"I received my Pride
Go Go Ultra X yesterday. What a great scooter! I didn't
know what to buy so I called and talked to Shari and for my
purposes she suggested this particular scooter. So that's what
I bought. It's beautiful! Nice cushy seat, very sturdy and
cute as can be. I love the turning radius too! We have a small
house and I've been zipping around in here and it's perfect.
The dogs don't know what to make of it, though.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love it. And I did check other
companies. Yours had the best deal. They were all the same price,
but yours came with an in home warranty and lots of extras. I
actually bought it from Easy Mobility because I knew I was dealing
with a company who cares and that was extremely important to me.
I've bought two other scooters, the first one was over $200 more,
not nearly as nice and stopped working after a couple of
years. The second one was not as advertised and had to be sent
back. This time I made sure to go with a reputable company and am I
glad I did! The Pride Go Go Ultra is actually nicer than the
pictures."

Pride Mobility Scooters, Carriers, Accessories and Information:
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride
will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free
of charge, any part or electronic component found upon examination
by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material
and/or workmanship.
Warranty service can be performed by your
authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts to Pride
without prior consent. All transportation costs and shipping damage
incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the
responsibility of the original purchaser.
Warranty Exclusions
ABS plastic shrouds and footrest covers (wear
items and not warranted)
Batteries (the battery manufacturer provides a
six-month limited warranty)
Tires and tire tubes (wear items and not
warranted)
Upholstery and seating (wear items and not
warranted)
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of
the scooter without specific and prior consent from Pride
Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
Damage caused by: battery fluid spillage or
leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operation,
maintenance, or storage, commercial use or use other than normal
Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges
incurred for repair of the product
There is no other express warranty.
Implied warranties, including those of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to
one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent
permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This
is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under
any and all warranties are excluded.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of
incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
