Description
The new Golden Technologies Buzzaround XP3 is the newest scooter in
the Buzzaround series. It features an easy three-step disassembly –
simply pop off the seat, pull off the battery pack and push the
frame apart.
The scooter also features an advanced wireless
connector system for easy frame disassembly/assembly and a larger,
more comfortable seat and armrests.
With its tight indoor maneuverability and smooth outdoor use, the
BuzzAround XP3 provides a very comfortable easy mobility experience.

a. Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
b. Improper operation, maintenance or storage
c. Commercial use or use other than normal
d. Repairs and/or modifications made to any part
without specific consent from Golden Technologies, Inc.
e. Circumstance beyond the control of Golden
Technologies, Inc.
6. Labor, service
calls, shipping, and other charges incurred in repair of the product
unless specifically authorized by Golden Technologies, Inc. This
warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement
part installation.
Implied warranties,
including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damage are
excluded.
This warranty gives
you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
To obtain warranty
parts and service, you must have a warranty registration card filed
with Golden Technologies, Inc. Contact your Golden Technologies
dealer for authorized service.
The warranty period
commences on the purchase date from Seller / Dealer. If the product
is rented or otherwise not sold to the consumer, the warranty
commences on the Invoice date from Golden Technologies, Inc.
